A Walk Remembered began as a small installation on one large pedestal at the Greenville County Museum of Art in 2001.  The idea behind the piece was that each piece in this installation was my clay interpretation on a large scale of natural forms collected on walks.  Using all white served as a way to unify this large work and to put the viewers focus on discovering the individual pieces through their form. Over time the installation continues to grow and evolve as some work is sold and more clay forms are added, each with it's own story and meaning. At this point in time this floor installation has grown to proportions that can fill an entire large gallery space.
